Philosophy
Describing a company that does communication (too) is especially delicate because, being your own client, you have to incorporate the principles you offer your clients.
This is doubly true when the company that does communication does software (too), and does both things above all on the internet, which is a particularly slippery environment for unveiling inconsistencies and contradictions.
That’s also why we want to talk about the values and rules - the philosophy, in other words - that guide us in our work, pooling together the various talents and personal creativities whilst first of all respecting our clients and the environment in which we work, grow, enjoy ourselves and continue to learn.
We firmly believe :
1. we mustn’t sell what is best for us, but for the client (and therefore for us)
2. we mustn’t propose to clients what is best for them, but for their clients (and therefore for them)
3. we should use the tools we sell (but not sell only the tools we have)
4. every offline communication action has to have an online equivalent
5. we don’t talk ourselves up, but we work so that others DO
6. if you don’t understand a tool, you don’t need it yet
