One of the strong points of yoo+ is the ease of integration. One of the latest developed features allows you to publish content on social networks: yoo+ is not only an enterprise social network but also a publishing platform for the centralization and the diffusion of contents. In fact, the same content can be edited and versioned (depending on the language or media) and automatically published (with links and photos) on the main social networks: Facebook, Twitter or Google+ pages. yoo+ can also export content on web sites and blogs made with WordPress. All these features have been already tested by important Italian public authority.

yoo+ allows you to search and find information, documents, uploaded files. On the main social networks it is complicated: posts are “lost” in the continuous stream of communication and it is difficult, if not impossible , find content. With yoo+, an organization or a company can use research tools (simple and advanced) and modules for statistics, to quickly and easily understand and manage data.

Furthermore, the data entered on yoo+ are property of the institution or company which owns the platform. The system is safe, personal information or materials are not used by third parties without explicit consent, and above all, you do not risk the change of policy  (something that happens in the social network).

Thanks to these new features, choosing yoo+ does not mean giving up social networks: social channels represent a strategic place where collect sensations and comments about company or public authority, where promote activities, broaden visibility and improve communication with customers and citizens.

The 2013 opens with an important innovation: yoo+ can now host webinars and web conferences.

Through the integration with a video conferencing tool, it is now possible to organize online events to which the yoo+ users can participate. A new editorial project developed on the platform yoo+ has just started: La Mia Partita IVA, the website dedicated to the people who has a VAT number, edited by the publisher Il Mio Castello. The website La Mia Partita IVA offers articles and information about business, finance, banking, taxes, insurance and everything related professionals with VAT numbers.

An important part of the website is the community Dico La Mia: readers of the website can register to comment the articles and to ask question to the editorial staff, to meet other people and talk about the themes of the site. The project is characterized by the synergy between the website, the editorial staff and the community: a fully integrated communications ecosystem.

The holidays are over and the sea is already a memory, but yoo+ actually never went on vacation. September starts with new and important implementations. Community, intranet and extranet for two new projects dedicated to the Public Administration and the health sector.

ISTAT, associate coordinator of SISTAN (National Statistical System) chose yoo+ to integrate a community platform within the new website. The community includes the participation of all members of Sistan (public and private entities that provide Italian official statistical information) in a place that allows the sharing of information and projects.

The second project is about the health sector, thanks to the revenue sharing agreement signed with Sanitanova (training and consulting company in the healthcare sector) which involves the creation of a social network of professionals such as doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists and companies. A unique social network, differentiated and customized for each type of user.

The implementation of projects is still in progress and it will be released online soon.

On the 5th July, we took part in the Social CaseHistory Forum in Milan presenting the experience of collaboration between yoo+ and L’Agenzia di Viaggi with the case history entitled “Storie di straordinaria collaborazione: dalla community travel ID al social contest #iocollaboro”.

yoo+ will be present at the Forum PA 2012 in Rome from 16 to 19 May, the fair about innovation that promotes the meeting between public administration, enterprises and citizens. Travel ID, the professional community for the tourism industry sponsored by the Travel Agency and built with the platform of Enterprise Social Network yoo+, celebrates the first 1000 users with an event held at the Visconti Palace Hotel Rome. Cristina Ambrosini, director of the newspaper, said: “Tourism is a matter of people: traveling, organizing travel, selling travel, welcoming, accompanying, discussing … now the social medias give value to the professionals, bring them closer in a relationship that opens new ways of communication and collaboration, and new business opportunities”. Even our Thomas Christel took part in the meeting, illustrating the value of the publishing community and the various channels of business. At the event was presented the new login page, that highlights the community widgets for content and users: a true showcase of what happens inside of Travel ID.
